Some basic teminology definition of digital printing you should know.
● Nozzle with hard inks around: When ink is attached to the surface of the print head and no drops have accumulated around the nozzle, there will be a ramp (flying ink) or the ink can not drop, wipe the print head surface with a dust-free paper/cloth.
● Printing nozzle blocked: The ink due to particles too large (or impurities) to plug the jet hole or ink dry (crystal) plug outside the nozzle. Clean the surface of the printing head with clean paper/cloth, and soak it with clean liquid.
● flying ink: ink drops deviate from the intended landing point, change the trajectory, resulting in output discontinuity, the image false, and even in the image area outside the flying ink drops.
● Pass: The number of times the same area of an image is covered by ink during printing.
● DPI: The number of INK DOTS distributed per inch, colloquially known as "precision". 720DPI: 720 INK DOTS per inch for an image; 720 * 360DPI: 720 ink dots per inch for a rectangular area with 720 ink dots per inch in length and 360 ink dots per inch in Width That is, there are 720 by 360 ink dots spread over a square inch of space.
